I am from Taiwan. I studied for a master of Usability Engineering in Germany.

Before that, I studied commercial design for my bachelor's degree, which made me a person of details and visual balance. Moreover, three years of acting experience taught me how to observe and empathize with humans in general. I believe the theatre spirit is a good foundation to design good user experiences. After all, life is just a movie without subtitles ;P

I worked as the first-ever UX specialist in a high-tech software development company in Cologne. I was the UX pioneer there and many interesting challenges and stories happened along the way, which makes me a very independent and proactive designer who is always initiative and willing to learn more. I love being a UX designer, I believe my job creates value and joy for people, and the interesting part is that the magic is all hidden in the little details that make the biggest impact.
